I Joined Twitter For My Kids… Yes, I Actually Really Did

Few days back I joined twitter.

Now if you all have been through my blogs, I wrote a blog by the name “SHAME ON YOU AISHA… I AM DISAPPOINTED IN YOU TODAY!!!“ where I wrote the shameful truth about me not knowing anything about twitter.

Then I wrote a blog “My Dear Grand Children (Feb 05, 2075)“ which I wrote picturing myself in the year 2075 (if I live that long) and how the world would have been.

After having wrote this blog, A little thought occurred to me. We as youngsters do laugh at our parents because they do not know how to use touch screen phones, they don’t even know what FB or Twitter is and they can hardly understand the socializing sites because it’s too complicated for them.

**well I am sure some of your parents must be pro in this, but most parents really are not.**

Soooooo, I just thought, that is going to be us in a few years time. When we have kids and we get busy in raising them while they are out in the world of technology that is advancing with every second, WE WOULD BE THE OUTDATED PARENTS.

Technology, Inventions, Innovations And Improvements…But At What Cost?

You know how they say that a bathroom is a thinking room. So true 🙂

Anyway no, this is not that blog you might be thinking about. This blog has a purpose, or so I will try to make.

Remember those times when there were no showers. Let’s go back to those times and go over the bathing routine (no dirty ideas :P). A bucket full of water and a bath mug. 2 bath mugs on the body for soaking, then goes the soap n shampooing (if they were invented then :S :S :S) while the water is still safely preserved in the bucket and then the final rinses with rest of the water.

Amount of water used : 5 Gallons 

Let’s now welcome the invention of showers and go over the bathing routine. 

How To Get Rid Of Sms Notifications In Samsung Status Bar? :P :P :P

I will admit that it took me a very very very long time to accept the fact that it’s time to let go of Nokia (Symbian) that I had and finally hold on to Samsung that the entire world has been digging about.

If you really need to know how big was this step for me, Well… I jumped from Nokia 5530 to Samsung Ace 2… Haha… It’s like living in the 1960 and moving to 2020.

Why not Samsung S2??? It always looked better in my brother’s hand than in mine. SIZE DOES MATTER lol. So Ace 2 looked pretty much the perfect size to fit a pretty, beautiful and the most perfect girl’s hand *nose increases by another 20,000 yards*

Anyway, the reason I am here is to let you know the first and the only thing I got a heart attack about… MESSAGES PREVIEW IN STATUS BAR. I know it’s the same for all android phones I guess, but let me just talk to Samsung.

Seriously Samsung? That was the perfect idea you could think about for busting us? Did all our parents pay you for this? You think it’s very smart when my boyfriend texts me saying I Love You. When are you meeting me Honey while my phone is in my dad’s hand?

Want Smooth Finger Movement On Laptop Touchpad Area :P :)

If you live in an area that has a lot of humidity then I am sure you must have experienced irritating dragging movements of the finger on the laptop touchpad (aka trackpad) area.

Its the same irritating movement feeling when you apply cream on your hand and try to move around your finger on a smooth surface. Your fingers wont move smoothly on it and you will have to keep forcing the finger to move forth. Smudgy kind?

Sowie I am not getting the exact term of what you call that. If you know, please enlighten me through comments and increase the knowledge of this dumb girl. LOL

Many of you, who eat while using laptop ( Haha I know there must be some like me 😛 ) and you get your finger with light food oil or if you have applied cream on your hand (we all love to keep our hands moisturized 🙂 ) you must have also experienced the same.

Today I will tell you a trick that will finish this problem forever.

As we start growing up our parents grow older. That’s the cycle. That’s how it runs isn’t it.

Have you noticed when parents grow older they start becoming annoying. They don’t understand the job you are doing, they don’t understand why you are up too late, they don’t understand the food you are eating, they don’t understand the technology around you.

Then your family comes in the picture and your own family has their own needs, wants, wishes and lifestyle which never tends to meet the needs, wants, wishes and lifestyles of your parents. Your parents are simply a burden on you.

Old Age Homes, Nursing Homes, Rehab Centers, Second Homes.
