24 Hours Of Gratitude – Do This Experiment

Hi everyone…

As a part of Mind Power journey, Today I will be taking you to a next step. But rather than my usual BLAH BLAH BLAH of how good this is and how this will help you, I am rather going to give you a task.

This is an experiment that I want you all to take. It’s very simple and you will see the results yourself. And if you do find time, share your results so that others may find inspiration and encouragement from you.

24 Hours Of Gratitude – Experiment

For 24 hours, All I want you to do is BE GRATEFUL. For anything and everything. Be thankful, be grateful, be graceful.

How to do it.

Step 1 : Reminder.

Set your alarm with the title “DAY OF GRATITUDE”. This is just to give you a reminder because I know how hard it is to get up in the morning. You barely remember your name (exaggeration much).

So when your morning alarm rings, you will be reminded about your Gratitude experiment.


Most of us whine every morning because we have to get up early to go to work. Why can’t we just sleep a little more. But today, be thankful that you have a job to go to. There are thousands of people who wish they had a job like you and there are thousands who wish they get ANY job.

If you have to get up early in the morning to go to work, BE GRATEFUL. 

2. Be Grateful for everything.

– The first thing you can do when you get up is to be thankful that you are alive. You get to live one more day. Isn’t it a reason enough to be thankful?

– Your cup of coffee/tea/juice. Your breakfast. Many in this world do not ha133665-Gratitude+quotes,+positive,+save a fridge full like yours is.

– Be grateful that you have a job to go to.

– While you are on your way to work, look at the sky, the trees, the birds etc and be thankful. NOT UNLESS YOU ARE DRIVING. FOCUS ON YOUR ROAD. 😛

– Be thankful for your mode of transportation. Whether it’s your own car or a public transport. Be thankful that you can afford it.

Now my list can go on and on and on and this blog will turn into a novel, so the main idea of the experiment is to be thankful for everything that we take for granted.

Be thankful for – lunch, dinner, chocolates, parties, friends, cousins, family, parents, children, house, education, mobile, laptop, your health, your eyes, your hair, your body, your existence, clothes, money, sun, moon, stars, wind, flowers.

3. How to be grateful?

Basically it will just be in your feeling. Take a deep breath of gratitude and exhale. That’s it. For everything that you see today, take a breath of gratitude and exhale.


Make a special gratitude when you are going to sleep. Be thankful for the entire day. Close your eyes, and think about it.FEEL BLESSED. Because you really are blessed isn’t it? If you have so many things to be thankful about, you are certainly blessed with things that others don’t have or cannot afford.

Sleep on it. Sleep with a blessed, grateful and graceful heart.

That’s it.

Try it and let me know how you felt. Share the experiment with your friends and family. Ask your kids to take the experiment too. Even if they are as little as 4 years old. They will do much better than adults.

    It is such a good exercise to do in the morning and at night especially. It makes you feel good and this kind if start of your day let you makes you feel blessed the whole day. 🙂
    We all should do it atleast in the morning and before sleeping at night.

    I’m so sorry i never replied to this post sooner. this seems like such a great idea, i can’t wait to do it. i think i will do it on the day of my finals, because i’m terrified to take them. but perhaps feeling grateful may actually help me perform better, who knows? anyhoozle, i just wanted to know how you were doing and such because i haven’t heard from you in your blog for some time 🙂 I hope life is going great for you and your family and friends.

    • Hey… Yes yes it will help you. Being grateful is the most powerful secret weapon. I had been a little busy actually hence the break in blogs. You will soon know why 🙂

    also, aisha, perhaps can you answer this comment to my email only? it’s quite awkward lol. so here’s a little backstory. i’ve always had uneven breasts. ever since i was a child, my right breast began to grow before my left one (eheheh so awkward) anyway, they are still uneven now even as a teenager :/ and they kind of look even more uneven (ugh) so one day i was just feeling really sad and wishing i could somehow make them symmetrical. i was surfing the internet and a while later i saw this ad for a natural way to increase your bust size. perhaps i should give it a try? i was also thinking that perhaps i could use mind power instead to even out my breasts? like having a picture in my mind of even breasts and visualizing how happy i would be if they were even.
    i don’t know, it’s just a wild guess. this has me feeling miserable, just like my missing teeth. sorry to bother, and thank you for reading. your blog makes me feel so much better 🙂

      ooorr, perhaps i could just tell myself with affirmations that my left one is the same size as my right one? 😮

      • Just tell them they are beautiful and PERFECT. That is all you need to tell them 🙂

    • There is nothing to be ashamed of in that. Yes I could answer this question via email, but why not help the other girls who suffer the same? Right? Let me tell you a fact, uneven bust is common. More common that you know. In fact every girl with natural breasts have uneven bust, one slightly larger than the other.

      The reason your seem to be more unnatural is because you are constantly looking at them as uneven.

      It’s like looking at a cracked mirror. Everyday it looks bigger and bigger when in reality it is the same crack that it used to be. Only because you are paying more attention to it, it appears more.

      My first solution would be, STOP focusing on them as uneven. Second, yes mind power. Mind power can help you increase a bust, decrease a bust and even make them appear symmetrical. All you have to do is affirmations and visualization. And since you have seen a “NATURAL” way to increase your bust, Do your affirmations while trying out that method.
