Your computer feels heavy, its processing power becomes slow and you have to literally wait a few seconds for your browser/folders to open. It hangs up frequently. Restarting takes forever.
And what happens when you defrag your system and reboot it to get rid of all the junk? Your computer feels light, works efficiently faster and restarting is a matter of seconds.

Now I want you count backwards while deep breathing. Take a deep breath then count 10. Release breath and count 9. Take deep breath and count 8, then release and count 7. Do it until you reach 1.
After you have counted till 1. I want you to feel that pleasant moment you are having right now.
You are so light. You have nothing on your mind right now except the unexplained wonderful and light feeling of your body released from all the grips of life.
Now I want you to say this to yourself while closed eyes.
“I RELEASE MYSELF FREE FROM ALL THE TENSION, HATRED, ENMITY, ANGER, DISAPPOINTMENTS AND NEGATIVITY. THERE IS NO PLACE IN MY MIND FOR SUCH USELESS FEELINGS. I FILL MYSELF WITH HOPE, LIGHT, LOVE, POSITIVISM, COURAGE AND FAITH IN GOD AND IN MYSELF.”
Do this every once in a while specially when you feel down or upset. Or when you feel a negative energy is entering your body, you can go through the process and clear your mind. It is also a good habit if you do this every one in a while so that your mind becomes clearer and better.
