Sorry folks. I will admit that I have been pretty much a busy bee since past few days. I’l also admit that it is due to the fact that I am one single person trying to do so many things all at one time. And then of course you know that story of the man who puts his leg in two different boats at the same time ( or was it really that sort of story really?)

Anyway, my last contest ended on the 10th of March with pretty much less entries than the one I had before that. But this hasn’t disappointed me because the entries I got made up for everything.

They were all really great and it surprises me how wonderfully talented people can be (although deep down inside they will still insist that they are not great writers )

The Power Of Meditation Can Sometimes Scare The Hell Outta You

Few days back I wrote about The Strange Vision In Darkness While Meditating, It had totally freaked me out.

Since then I have been meditating. Sometimes all I see is darkness, sometimes stable light, sometimes the darkness and light dance in slow motion in Swirls like a Yin Yang and sometimes this dance will be in the speed of thunder. Sometimes I see sparkles of light coming from infinity which is very wonderful to watch.

For those of you who are wondering what has happened to my Lucid Dreaming, It is kinda on hold now. Its like at first I was only trying to see an object in the picture but now I am trying to see the entire picture. Once I know how to see the entire picture, then looking at the smaller objects would be easy as eating a cake.

Anyway, chopping down my blah blah blah.

2 days back, Before going to sleep, I put myself in Alpha mode and started visualizing. As always, while I meditate, I have realized that I can have a clear understanding of whats around me.

Every Pixel On The Palm Of My Hand… Suddenly Clear :S :S :S

For those of you who have been reading my blogs on “Journey Inside Me” which basically covers the blogs that I write on sharing my experiences as I learn to Lucid Dream and in the way learn about my inner self.

This learning makes me do Reality Checks as much as possible when I am awake and question myself as ” Am I Dreaming?” and then a Reality Check to prove that I am not dreaming. This will build my habit to question myself in dreams too. ( I won’t go in details as already has been told.)

My reality check consists of me looking at my hands. Then passing them through objects.

Recently I have realized that as I practice my reality checks and as I look at my hand several times of the day, The lines on my hand have become distinct and visible everyday.

In the start, I did not notice it until today when I just did my reality check, I stared at my hands for a couple of minutes. Then a few more minutes. I don’t know what, why and how because I clearly remember that a few days back I was trying to read the lines of my hand (just for fun) and I couldn’t see the finer lines.

I even used to wonder why there are so few lines on my hand. Just the major ones.

Anyway, I won’t be exaggerating this subject as it may be just because I never noticed them before may be.

But now?

Conscious In My Dreams But Not Lucid Yet

The night before yesterday was very amazing and important for me. The experience was in itself weird and strange yet it was fascinating enough to make me curious for what lies ahead.

I am still a starter at this so it gives me goosebumps to think if this is the start, what would the future show me.

This particular night I had about 3 to 4 different dreams and the amazing, weird and strange peculiarity of this dream was that in every next dream I knew what my previous dream was. I was so conscious within my dreams that I remembered that I had a dream before this one.

My consciousness level was at the stage where I was even telling myself “Okay you have to remember this when you wake.” I seemed to be reminding myself that I have to remember that I knew my previous dreams in the next dreams.

Then there was this last dream that was even more peculiar. 

Waking Up With A Heavy Head…

Reading books over books and filling my brain with new stuff to process. Remembering to remember the reality checks and practicing it all day. Looking at my area around with new awareness.

The things that I used to see before with ignorance, I now look at them with full awareness, like the smell of my moisturizing cream, the feel of the water on my skin, the mountain sight from my balcony, the sound of the cars going by and the taste of the mustard sauce.

errrr mustard sauce?

Well, I read that Mustard sauce helps facilitate the Lucid Dreams and to my luck I had that Failed Lucid Dream exactly the night I had Mustard sauce. So now I make sure to have it before I sleep. (Don’t worry I love mustard sauce although I have found to be allergic to it. haha)

Okay then there are more google searches and more articles to read and I realize oh it’s already 4AM. I better go off to sleep (Lucid Dream).

So I go to my bed and keep my mind awake while trying to put myself to sleep. Keep telling my mind about Lucid Dreaming and keep telling it to stay awake and keep telling it to WORK because there is no sleep for you HAHA.

That’s basically the entire weeks routine and I realize my brain has been working and processing all the extra burden
